Can I count offline?

Yes, the app works completely offline. Your cycle count data syncs automatically as soon as the connection is restored.

Can multiple people count together?

You can count individually on your local device or in parallel with the team: several operators can work simultaneously on the same inventory with real-time sync, seeing updates and what others are counting as they go.

Can we print labels?

Yes, through the web interface you can print barcode and QR labels to make your stocktakes easier.

What barcodes and QR codes are supported?

The app reads the main GS1 codes used in retail, warehouse, and manufacturing: EAN-13/EAN-8, UPC-A/UPC-E, Code 128 / GS1-128, ITF-14, QR Code, DataMatrix / GS1 DataMatrix.

Can I use an external barcode scanner or PDA (Zebra, Honeywell, MUNBYN, etc.)?

Yes. On Android, the app works with Bluetooth scanners and USB scanners (via cable/adapter). The scanner sends codes as if you were typing on a keyboard, so no special driver is required. This includes most Android terminals/PDAs (e.g., Zebra TC-series, Honeywell EDA-series, MUNBYN).

What is the licensing model and how does billing work (trial, pricing, invoicing)?

You start with a free 1-month trial. After that, you can activate a monthly license starting at €5.90 / month per device/account. You can pay on our website (invoice issued to your company) or via Google Play / App Store (receipts/invoices provided by Google/Apple). Cancellation is possible at any time; access remains active until the end of the current period.

Where is my data stored?

By default, your data is stored locally on your device and the app works offline. If you enable team sync, data is stored in our cloud space hosted on Google Cloud, with encryption in transit and at rest. You can export your data (Excel/CSV) at any time or back up a database snapshot for later restoration.
